Cancellation Policy
At AQA we we understand sometimes plans need to change and flexibility is important when traveling. For this reason we want to provide the most flexible canecellation policy.

Standard cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 2 days before the experience is scheduled to start or within 24 hours of purchase.

Cancellation policy for AQA Discovery Days
​Discovery Days take place over multiple days and include overnight stays. For these experiences, you can receive a full refund if you cancel at least 15 days before the adventure is scheduled to start, or within 24 hours of purchase.

Rescheduling
You can reschedule the date or time of your experience (or add or remove guests) within 24 hours of booking. Reschedule is allowed up to 12 hours before the experience is scheduled to start depending on availability by contacting AQA at booking@aqavenice.com. If you reschedule an experience, the cancellation policy is based on the original purchase time and original start date of the experience.
Host
Cancellation Policy
At AQA we make all our efforts to ensure all the experiences to take place however might happen than for emergency circumstances an Experience need to be canceled. If the situation should occur, the host can offer to reschedule for free the experience in the next following availbale 10 days from the original booking, otherwise the price of the ticket fully refunded. Responsability and Liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the experience.

If the weather creates a safety concern, either before or during the experience, the host may cancel the experience. If this happens, you will be fully refunded.

The host, will make all the efforts to ensure the experiences to take place however might happen than the Experience can be canceled bu the host for emergency circumstances such us:

Unexpected serious illness or injury affecting a host or member of the travelling party.

Government-mandated obligations including jury duty, travel restrictions, court appearances, and military deployment.

Unforeseen property damage, maintenance, and amenity issues to the AQA boats that make it unsafe to host guests.

Transport disruptions that make it impossible to travel to your destination, including road closures and flight cancellations due only to airport closures. This includes closures and cancellations caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes or severe storms.

Train, bus, or ferry cancellations where no alternate trips were available on the same day.

Natural disasters, terrorist activity, and civil/political unrest that prevent the host from travelling to or from the destination, or that make it unsafe to host guests.
General Terms and Conditions
All offers are subject to the terms and conditions of AQA’s booking policy. Terms and conditions stated on this website are subject to change. Local taxes and fees may apply. All prices were deemed accurate at time of publishing and may be subject to change. All offers are based upon availability at the time of booking.
When making your booking you guarantee that you have the authority to do so and you accept the terms of these booking conditions. A contract exists as soon as you sign the charter agreement. You should check the details of your confirmation carefully to ensure that it accurately reflects the booking you have requested and immediately inform us of any discrepancies. This contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions which are governed by Italian Law and we both agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Italian Courts at all times.

Travel Documentation
Passports, Visas and Health: You are responsible for ensuring that you possess all necessary documentation including passports and visas for your holiday. Passport details are required at the time of the departure for each ticket holder and a valid ID Ducument must be hold during the whole time of the experience. For all destinations, you should consult the appropriate consulate. All travelers must have a valid passport for international travel. Many countries require passports to be valid for 6 months beyond your stay. Visas & entry permits are required for many countries. Passports, visas & re-entry permits are the responsibility and cost of you the charterer and traveler? Please check with your qualified travel agent or consulate. For health enquiries call your Travelers Medical / Vaccination Centre or see your Doctor. We recommend that you check travel advisory information on your destinations.

Travel Insurance
It is strongly suggested that all members of your party have comprehensive travel insurance.

Our Responsibility
We do not accept responsibility for any loss or damages caused to you as a result of the negligence or default of ourselves or any persons directly employed by us.

Complaint Procedure
We aim to provide you with the best experience possible, but if a problem occurs you must report it to AQA SRL as soon as possible, or captain who will try to resolve it on the spot. If you fail to follow this simple procedure AQA SRL will have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify your complaint whilst you were taking the experience and this may affect your rights under this contract. The Charter Contract is made on the terms of the particular Booking Conditions and is governed in all respects by Italian Law and shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Italian Courts.
